We are less than one week away from the Arnold Classic.  I am excited to cheer my friends on in the competition and to see everyone that I have not seen since the Olympia and make some new contacts.  I will try to get some fun photos like we did at the Olympia and post those on myspace.com/lisabouvierbrewer.  For now you can check out what you may have missed!
